About NAO
NAO is an independent craft brewery founded in 2015 in Puerto Naos, Arrecife — Lanzarote's capital. Their taproom, El Camarote, is in a restored 19th-century fishing-net workshop. NAO brews with three barley malts, carefully selected hops and, in many beers, local Canary Islands grain, respecting traditional artisan methods: "the beer sets its own time, not us".
NAO Cactus is a limited-edition Session IPA brewed with higo indio — the fruit of Lanzarote's prickly pear cactus — which gives it an intense red colour and a fruity acidity. It comes in a 44cl can.

Blonde, smooth and refreshing, with three barley malts, a touch of honey sweetness and a single hop variety (Mosaic). Gluten-free.
